Is a locally added signature legally valid?
A typed or drawn signature added to a PDF can constitute a valid electronic signature in many jurisdictions, including the EU (eIDAS) and GCC countries.
Does signing a PDF offline expose it to any third party?
No. The signature is applied using pdf-lib running inside your browser. The document content is processed only in local memory and is never transmitted to any server.
Can I add a signature image rather than typing my name?
Yes. You can draw your signature with your mouse or finger, type your name in a cursive font, or upload an image of your handwritten signature.
Can I sign multiple pages of a PDF?
