Does reordering require an upload?
No. The PDF is loaded into your browser's local memory using pdf-lib WebAssembly. Pages are rearranged locally.
Will the reordered PDF preserve text, images, and links?
Yes. Reordering only changes the sequence of pages. All page content is preserved exactly as it was.
